Pinot Days Trade Ticket Request
 
The Trade Tasting for the wine-buying trade is on Saturday, November 13th from 11am - 5pm. This tasting is reserved for 300 trade members who are in the position to directly select and buy wine for their establishments.  

Please submit your name and profession information below, we will provide it to our wineries for their review.  They will select the 300 wine-buying trade members to invite to Friday’s Trade Tasting, and we will send those 300 people an email invitation no later than May 1st.

NOTE: You must enter your work phone, your work email and your specific title.  (We will not send invitations to personal email addresses.) If you do not have a work email address please state so in the comment field. We will call your work number to verify your association with the pinot-related entity. 

If you are not selected by our wineries, we sincerely hope that you will continue to support the pinot noir industry and its producers by purchasing a ticket to the Grand Festival, which you may do by clicking HERE.  Over the past five years we have issued over 5000 complimentary passes to trade.  As we pare our trade clientele down to those who do the actual buying of wine (per our wineries' request), we trust that you will continue to support Pinot Days.  On behalf of our producers, thanks in advance.

  We count on you to spread the word about Pinot Days.  To this ends, we have once again created marketing materials that you can use to promote Pinot Days.  We offer the following marketing materials:  
     
  Email blast – We need your assistance with marketing the Pinot Days events and ask that you consider sending out the Festival Announcement to your email and/or mailing list. There are three ways we can achieve this:  
     
  1. We can send you our emailer in HTML format and you can integrate the code into your email service (Constant Contact, Vertical response, etc). This would be ideal, but we also realize it takes an understanding of HTML coding and an advanced knowledge of the email service functionality. We don't want the difficulty of integrating our emailer to prohibit you from sending out the announcement so we also provide the following options.  
     
  2. Send us your mail list and we will send the emailer on your behalf. It will come from your email address under our Constant Contact account. After we send the emailer, we will destroy your list. This adheres to all internet standards and conventions and is not in violation of any email SPAM policies. For you, it is the easiest means of sending the announcement and we are more than willing to send it for you. If you provide physical addresses, we will also mail a Festival Announcement postcard to each mailing list member.  
     
  3. We will come on-site and assist you in setting up the emailer for delivery or temporarily sign on to your email service and set up the email campaign for you to send to your mailing list. Obviously, if you are in Southern California, it will be more difficult for us to do this on-site; however the option of signing onto your email service and quickly creating the email campaign is easy and secure. You can change your password immediately after the email is sent.  
     
  As you can see from our offer to help in any way, your sending the emailer and/or regular mail announcement is vital to the success of Pinot Days. Please select one of the options for sending our announcement to your contacts:

Please send the email announcement code to me via email and we will send out the announcement to our contact list.
  2.
We would like you to send out the emailer to our contact list on our behalf and will email you our contact list in Excel or Word immediately.

We would like you to assist us in sending out the email by either coming on-site or by signing on to our email service. Please contact us.

No thank you, we do not want to help by sending the announcement.

 
  Postcards – We suggest enclosing these in wine shipments, mail to your customer list, and/or place strategically at your facility.  Each postcard will include a customized code (usually your winery name) that will enable your customers to earn a 10% discount on tickets to all Pinot Days events.
